Lettie user guides
Welcome to Lettie’s user guides. Use these guides to set up your account, manage properties and reports, keep documents organised, and understand what Lettie does after you change a setting.
The guides clearly identify differences between direct landlord accounts and agency or organisation accounts. Where permissions matter, they also explain what Owners, Admins, Members and Viewers can do.

Choose the right account guidance
- Direct landlord: manages their own portfolio and billing. The first four active properties are free; later activation and billing rules are explained in the pricing guide.
- Agency or organisation: uses branches, team roles, assignments, contractor workflows, organisation branding and integrations. Organisation billing is restricted to Owners.
- Tenant: can view their current property’s reports and tenant-visible updates in the tenant portal. Private work notes are never shown there.
- Contractor or landlord approver: uses a secure link for the specific job, quote or approval they were sent; they do not receive access to the agency workspace.
If a guide does not match what you see, first check whether it is marked for a different account type or role.
